Cristiano Ronaldo will not travel with the Manchester United squad for the pre-season tour of Thailand and Australia. A United spokesperson "Cristiano Ronaldo will not be part of the Manchester United party scheduled to depart for our pre-season tour of Thailand and Australia on Friday. He has been granted additional time off to deal with a family issue.” United face Liverpool in Bangkok on July 12 before facing Melbourne Victory in Australia three days later and Crystal Palace in Melbourne on July 19. They will then face  Aston Villa  on July 23 before returning home via Oslo, where they will face Atletico Madrid on July 30. That means Ronaldo might not face  Steven Gerrard  ’s side in Perth. Sane seals €49m Bayern Munich move as Man City let German winger head home

The highly-rated forward, who had spent four seasons at the Etihad Stadium, has signed a five-year contract with the Bundesliga champions Leroy Sane has completed a move to  Bayern Munich  from  Manchester City  for an initial €49m (£44.7m/$55m), with that amount potentially rising to €60 million (£55m/$67m) through add-ons. The 24-year-old winger, who had spent four seasons at the Etihad Stadium, has signed a five-year contract with the  Bundesliga  champions.

After Timo Werner was ruled out, Liverpool's search for a number 9 continue. The option of signing Adams Traore has become more likely. Klopp apparently sees him as a priority. Rumours came out a few days ago when  Werner was still a real possibility  and before Chelsea ended their hopes of that happening.  Klopp  likes  Adama Traore  and the   German has apparently asked  Liverpool for the footballer.  It has been Adama Traore's season, and it has not even finished yet. At 24, he has  scored six goals and given 11 assists  in 43 appearances for Wolves in 2019/20. 34 of them have been starts.

The youngster, one of the sensations of the 2019-20 season at Barcelona, is untouchable. He has a release clause of 170 million euros and this will become 400 when Ansu Fati is promoted to the first team. He is the latest name on a long list which has already been probed by Juventus.
