Nagazi Basketball Training Ground - Training is essential for all basketball players

Image
Whether you're a young player still learning the game, a college athlete attempting to turn pro, or a coach looking to help out their team, you should always be on the search for new basketball training tips to improve your game. “I try and go through practice at game speed so it’ll be easier when I step on the floor for a real game” - Kevin Durant One of the biggest mistakes a player can make during workouts is only putting in 50% effort when practicing. Instead of sprinting around the court, they jog. Instead of raising up on each shot, they barely leave the ground. Being able to shoot casually and being able to shoot after running off a screen and then jumping up high into the air to avoid the defender blocking your shot are completely different skills. If you want to improve your in-game shooting, you need to be practicing game shots at game speed.

Image
Jürgen Klopp has sided with  Barcelona  ace Lionel Messi over  Juventus ’s Cristiano Ronaldo in the debate over who the best in the world is. The  Liverpool  manager  was asked , “who is the best: Messi or Ronaldo?” “For me, Messi, but I couldn’t admire Ronaldo more than I do already,” Klopp answered. “We’ve played against both Messi and Ronaldo already, and both are almost impossible to defend. “If you could paint yourself a perfect player, he would have Ronaldo’s height, he could jump as high or run as fast as Ronaldo can. And what is then added to that, is his attitude. It is absolutely perfect and professional, it couldn’t be any better. “And on the other side there is the small Messi, who makes everything look so simple. And therefore I like him maybe a little bit more as a player on the pitch. But Cristiano is also an absolutely incredible player. “It’s really difficult then, but what both have in common is that both have left ...

It is for these reasons that many players dream of playing for  Los Blancos  at some point in their careers, and representing the club is often regarded as the pinnacle for any professional.

Cancelo could be the latest full-back on his way out of Manchester City...

Image
Portugal international has struggled in his first season with the Premier League champions and has been linked with a move to Barcelona Manchester City  have spent more than £140 million ($174m/€160m) on full-backs in the past three years and it’s an area that they could look at yet again when the transfer window opens. Full-backis a position that is tactically key to Pep Guardiola’s attacking philosophy but, with the Catalan’s tactical detail, it can be demanding both physically and mentally. Generally, full-backs are asked to play very high and wide, supporting attacks or helping to win the ball back deep in the opposition half. At other times, they are required to step inside and act as an auxiliary central midfielder or, on other occasions, drop deeper to join their central defenders to form a back-three.

The burden has been left with Tammy Abraham, now Lampard wants to add some top quality competition for the clubs leading goalscorer. According to  SPORT , Lampard has asked the Chelsea board to sign Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic on loan next season. The 22-year old has struggled to hit the ground running since making his big money move to La Liga, and this kind of deal could be something that suits all parties. I am sure we will be hearing more on this pursuit over the coming months.
